Professor Hu currently teaches the following classes at Georgia Tech
- ME 3340: Fluid Mechanics, taught every fall
- ME 2801: How to walk on water and climb up walls. A minimester taught in the fall semester
- BIO 4590: Research Project Lab, taught every other spring to biology juniors and seniors
- ME XXXX: Interfacial fluid mechanics, a graduate class taught every two years
- ME 6601: Graduate fluid mechanics, taught once every few years
Hu has worked with educators such as TED-Ed, MIT Blossoms, the New York Times, and others to create educational modules for K-12. The following links have lecture videos and homework exercises.
